Georgian grade 2 listed stone built cottage in the historic centre of Pulborough overlooking the medieval church. It retains its old character but has modern amenities and comfort with plenty of space. The large conservatory overlooks the pretty cottage garden fully stocked with plants with a secluded sitting area. The house is quiet despite being close to the A29 road and is 5 minutes walk from the station and Tesco and footpaths easily accessible. Beaches and Goodwood are within 20 minutes.
We have decorated the house as if it were our own home to make it welcoming and non-corporate. It is cosy in winter and cool in summer with furnishings in keeping with the period of the cottage. Some of the doorways upstairs are a bit low. Soft furnishings are to a high standard and in neutral colours.
The whole cottage and garden are for the guests sole use
The owners live next door and generally greet guests and show them round the cottage. We are available if not at home on the telephone and can provide help and advice as required.
